Know what
to check.
These answers explain the process without replacing the live product, order or parcel details shown in your account.
01Is this the official ACBuy website?
No. ACBuys Edit is an independent UK product-finding and guidance website. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with ACBuy, and it does not process orders. Read the independence statement
02What is an ACBuy spreadsheet?
It is a product-finding index. Use it to reach a current product page, then confirm the item, seller, selected options and price before ordering through a shopping agent. Open the spreadsheet
03Are the prices shown in pounds final?
No. The GBP amount is an estimate converted from the source CNY price captured when the product data was updated. The live listing, exchange rate and amount charged by your payment provider may differ. Read the pricing disclaimer
04What costs should I plan for?
Plan separately for the item, any domestic delivery to the warehouse and the later international parcel charge. Optional services, payment fees or import charges may also apply, so check each live checkout before paying. Read the UK parcel guide
05How do I place a first order?
Open a product, confirm the exact colour, size, version and quantity, then submit the link through ACBuy. The seller sends the item to the warehouse; after checking the warehouse entry, you create and pay for an international parcel. Follow the first-order checklist
06Where do the product links go?
They open third-party product pages used for each find. Stock, price, product details and seller terms can change, so the destination page is the place to make the final decision. Browse current finds
07What should I check in QC photographs?
Confirm the item and selected option first, then inspect overall shape, measurements, stitching, alignment, labels and visible damage. Photographs help with visible details but cannot prove authenticity, exact colour, fit or durability. Open the QC checklist
08How much is delivery to the UK?
There is no single reliable price. It depends on the packed weight and dimensions, destination, item category and routes currently available. Use the live estimator for planning and confirm the parcel quote shown in your account. See the UK delivery guide
09How long will an order take?
Seller dispatch, warehouse processing and international delivery are separate stages. A route's transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, so follow the current order and parcel timelines in your account. See the complete workflow
10Can I return or exchange an item?
That depends on the seller, item and current order state. If something is wrong, open the order immediately and use the after-sales action or message option shown there; do not rely on a general deadline from an old guide or community post. Read the order checklist
