Before you start

Create your account, add the correct delivery address and open the official shipping calculator. A rough parcel check now is better than discovering later that the product category, size or delivery budget does not work for you.

1. Find a product

Use the spreadsheet as a starting point. Open the current product page and make sure it is the item you meant to view.

2. Submit the link

Paste or open the product through ACBuy. Check the title, seller, colour, size, version, quantity and any note that the agent will receive.

3. Pay for the item

This payment covers the product and any domestic delivery shown for the order. ACBuy's product page warns that the international shipping fee is calculated separately.

4. Wait for seller dispatch

The seller sends the item to ACBuy's warehouse. Watch the live order timeline; if the order needs attention, use its message or enquiry option rather than an old status guide.

5. Check the warehouse entry

After the warehouse receives and processes the item, it appears in your warehouse area. Confirm that the item, quantity and selected option look right.

6. Review the photos

Open the available photographs at full size. Check the whole item first, then measurements, alignment, stitching and visible damage. Photos are useful evidence, not authentication.

7. Keep it or raise a problem

If something is wrong, check the action and deadline shown on that order immediately. Eligibility varies by product, seller and order state; use the order's after-sales route or message the agent.

8. Create a parcel

Select the stored items you want to send together. Review packaging choices, address details and the parcel information before choosing a route.

9. Compare and pay for delivery

Compare only the routes currently available for your destination, parcel data and item category. Read the charging method, limits, estimated time, tracking and restrictions before paying.

10. Track the parcel

Once it has been dispatched, use My Parcel or the official tracking tool. Keep the order numbers, parcel number and carrier tracking number until delivery and any after-sales issue are complete.
