What is ACBuy?

The short version

ACBuy helps people buy from Chinese marketplaces and send those purchases internationally. You submit a product link, pay for the item and domestic delivery, and the seller sends it to ACBuy's warehouse rather than to your UK address.

Once the warehouse has processed the item, you can review the warehouse entry and available photographs. You then select the items you want to send, create a parcel and choose from the delivery routes currently available for your address and item type.

What happens to an order

1. Find a product and open its current listing.

2. Submit the product link to ACBuy and confirm the options.

3. Pay for the item and any domestic delivery shown; the agent places the order.

4. The seller dispatches it to the ACBuy warehouse.

5. Review the warehouse entry and available QC photographs.

6. Keep the item or use the order's current after-sales options.

7. Select stored items, create a parcel and compare available routes.

8. Pay international delivery, then track the parcel after dispatch.

What the spreadsheet does

This site is a product-finding tool. It can help you reach a current product page, but it cannot confirm stock, sizing, authenticity, return eligibility or the delivered cost. Check those details again before paying.

Before a first order

Budget for both parts of the journey. The product checkout is followed later by an international parcel charge, and the route depends on the packed parcel and destination.

Keep the original product link and selected colour, size or version. If a problem appears later, the relevant order page is the best place to see the options and deadline that apply to that item.
